What can the iphone 5s do that the 4 can't?
Got my iphone 5 stolen… Will probably have this phone i'm going to buy till my contract expires in two years… I need my phone to have the ability to make a hotspot, gps,… I know the 5s has the fingerprint thing and might be a lttle faster but is there any noticible differences?
The iPhone 5S is a 4G phone while the 4 is only 3G. You'll notice a huge difference in data speeds.

Well the difference between iPhone 5 vs IPhone 5S is that:

-5S has a dual led flash for camera. 5 only has a single led flash.
-5S has a new fingerprint scanner. (which you mention)
-5S runs a better memory, so smoother performances.
