What do I need to do to use my iphone overseas?
I want to take my iphone overseas to take photos, update my status/pic on facebook and to be able to sms home to Australia. I have unlocked it and Vodafone has told me to get a sim over in the US, is that all I need to do?
Yeah, if your cell is unlocked you can use any carrier.anywhere. And camera is a function of the phone so no data charges. I hope that's a help. Oh make sure that the sim you buy has a data plan.
You should be all set assuming you have unlocked it successfully. Just make sure in the US you subscribe to a service that uses GSM technology and not CDMA. You can only use this phone with a GSM network.
- Traveling overseas. Need to charge my e cig which i normally charge thru a usb adapter plugged into an iphone charging block Is it safe to charge it like this when the power is 220? Will my e cog get fried or does the charging block regulate the current output?
