What happens after a restore?

Last night I restored my iPhone.
I pressed restore phone because I needed to clear everything.
Then I was going to back iTunes back to my phone.
I did that at like 10 last night.
IT'S BEEN 12 HOURS AND MY PHONE IS STILL ON THE LAUDING SCREEN.
I deleted cydia and everything was working fine, but i just wanting to clear my phone.
It was charging all night. AND I DON'T WANT TO TAKE IT TO THE APPLE STORE.
please help.
