What happens if a package is delivered and no one is home?
I ordered an iPhone and verizon is shipping it to me. Both my parents work and no one will be at my house to sign for the package. If I leave a note on my door saying it's ok to leave the package on the porch will the delivery service leave it?
The postie leaves a note saying what post office it will be at, and you can pick it up from there
Probably. I had mine delivered to the AT&T Store for pickup, so I wouldn't have to deal with that problem.
They should just leave it. Actually just this Saturday a package from Japan came but no one was home because we were at the store and they just left it on the porch
You should have chose to just pick it up at the shipping office so there will no hassle of who's going to sign it when it is delivered at your house. Be sure that you have the papers and documents you are the recipient of the package. Another be sure to just pick it up so there will be no misunderstanding for a lost package.
- Why does it say read on one & then on another it just says delivered? On my iPhone when I'm iMessageing someone it just says delivered on it. But on my friends phone it says read at the time that i read it. And then on her phone she'll be iMessageing another person & it will also just say delivered? So I'm confused on how to get it to tell me when they read it or can i even make it like that?
