What happens if I cancel my current phone for an iPhone 5?
I'm thinking about canceling my current phone for an iphone 5. My contract doesn't end till feburary of 2014. How much is all of this going to cost me? My service is sprint.

Sprint has a termination fee on the bottom of their website it's in rules the fee could be 280$ if it's an upgrade. Answer mines please.
- When you do a Iphone backup from itunes does it DELETE Everything off your current phone? Ok i'm going to backup my iphone 5c tonight on through itunes does that delete everything? Cause i plan on getting a iphone 6s tomorrow and i don't want my phone to be totally wiped out before then!
- What happens if you cancel a 3 year IPhone contract and sell the phone? Like just stop paying the bill, because its like $200+ every month. Then cell the Iphone. What can they do? Also, the phone isn't in my name. It's in my ex boyfriends.
- What happens if you buy a iPhone of eBay and it happens to be stolen? I typed in a serial number of an iPhone into apple checker and it said the phone has not been activated? The phone is still sealed in its box is the phone ok to buy?
- If my current phone is on 4G and I change to an iPhone can it work still? I have a Sidekick under T-mobile and it is with 4G. I'm planning on getting an iPhone 4 and Jailbrake it do it will run under T-mobile but will my new iPhone be able to work even though I had a Sidekick under 4G? I know it has 3G but I'm just wondering if I can work though. *if it can work.
