What iphone app has the filter with bubbles like the one in the picture?
I always see pictures that have those bubbles, but I can never find any apps that do this. If you know any photo editing apps that does this please let me know.
Those arent bubble, those are lights in the background of the shot but with a blurred focus. The aperture is mainly focused on the candles, but if it were focused on the background you'll just see lights, possibly more candles.
Its known as the Bokeh Effect. In photography, bokeh, is the blur, or the aesthetic quality of the blur, in out-of-focus areas of an image. Bokeh has been defined as "the way the lens renders out-of-focus points of light". Bokeh is often most visible around small background highlights, such as specular reflections and light sources, which is why it is often associated with such areas.

- Which picture edit app (for the iPhone) do you use to naturally remove any human being? He photobombed himself in my picture? I went to Disneyland yesterday and I can see my friend photobombed himself in my multiple pictures. I still have them on my phone. Does anybody have any recommendations (ideas) for any picture edit app I can use to edit him out? He's standing on the right side of me. (which I can see he ruined the moment for me.) P.S. Yes, I like to take pictures with other cosplayers.
- What iphone app/filter is this? I've been seeing a lot of people using a filter on photos that looks really cool but I don't know the name of it! Its NOT on Instagram and so I'm wondering if its an app. The filter looks like it really saturates the photo in a light blueish color and leaves an orangeish/red streak in the upper left corner of the photo, Please help! - Picture editing experts: How do I edit a picture like this? I'm looking for a program or editing software (or iPhone app) to edit a picture like these two. And if you guys do know the program, do you also know what individual settings it takes to edit like this? Like sharpness, etc.
