What is an ideal route to making iphone games?
I've heard i should focus on learning c first then others have told me that I should just jump in and learn syntax as I go.
As far as I know, the iPhone uses "Objective C".
I'd start straight away with Objective C, instead of just C.
If you learn C first, it will just confuse you with a different syntax, a slightly different format etc.
I'd just jump right in and follow a few tutorials to get you started.
- Why they make PC games but no Mac games? A Mac Pro has a lot more power than most gaming PCs. Its performance will embarrass both consoles and PCs. I don't even have to use a Mac Pro as an example. Just look at an Iphone. The ios version of Grand Theft Auto 3 looks better than the PS2 version. And its not even a console! Its a phone!
- What are some good games in the App Store? I have an iphone and i need more games Ok I'm going to Tennessee in a few days and its gonna take a while all the way from Illinois. I wanna get some apps that don't require Wi-Fi so i won't be to bored… Thank you!
- Using my iPhone Sat Nav to plan a route? I'm off on a motorbike holiday with a friend. I'm planning to use my iPhone as SatNav. I don't want to go the direct route, i want to plan my own route along different roads but i can't seem to do it on the google maps installed. Can anyone tell me of a way or app that i can choose a destination but move the route about to use different toads to get there?
- Route options on iphone 5 google maps? I'm a learner driver and can't drive on motorways. I use google maps on my iphone5 for directions, but it keeps giving me routes including driving on motorways. I can't find an option to avoid motorways. Can someone please help me with this?
