What is the best non-iPhone smart phone?
I have an iPhone and I love it, but no matter what the service, you have to pay a ridiculous amount monthly. So I was wondering if anyone loved their smart phone and what service they have and about how much they pay a month for texting and data. It would be really helpful.
Samsung galaxy, or the Nokia windows phone!
All smartphone cost more for their data plans, non-iPhones do not cost any less per month, this will NOT save you any money if that is your goal.
There's no "the best smartphone". Android devices are not worse, nor better than iPhones. There's no best smartphone either. I recommend you to have a look on a few phones and decide by which you liked most.

Generally I would take a used high end, no matter if Samsung, HTC etc., than a new low end one.
Apple and HTC feel most worthy, Samsung has a gigantic display. It all depends on how much money you'd like to spent, what screen size you need etc. I had an iPhone 4 years ago, then 3 Android devices and you know what? I switched back to an older iPhone, than my last Android device (SGS3) and I'm very happy with it! You don't have to play around with custom Roms, tweak and modify. It is brilliant out of factory and feels most worthy (aluminum+glass)
Samsung Galaxy S4 is by far, the best smartphone I've ever used or seen.
As for service, I use Metro PCS. Internet speeds aren't the greatest, but everyone on my plan is using 4G and LTE, and our bill is 126.00 for 3 people. You really can't beat the phone bill price.
Yeah! I was about to say the same thing. Samsung galaxy pocket or galaxy music. You can go for galaxy star or S4 if you're willing to hurt your pocket a little. I love these phones because of the myriads of apps(6000+) available on google play, all free alternatives to your paid iphone features which I see as really crippled when compared to their counterparts, and worse of all, too expensive.
I would stick with the iPhone as they are the easiest of all smartphones to use for beginners and if you go on the 3 network you get an amazing deal of ulimited data, 300 minutes and 3000 texts for just £15 a month! It is amazing and they have excellent customer service, and of course iPhones are the most awesome thing ever made!
I Really like the Droid RAZR I have at the moment on Verizon. It's amazing!
