What is the installer app on iphone 4?
I want to change the color of the texts i receive and send but one of the first things is to go to the installer app, how can i download that app or how do i get it here is a link to the info i got from the steps

It's an app you get out of cydia (jailbreak). You shouldn't jailbreak your phone.
- When ever I download an app on my iPhone the app says waiting? Whenever I download an app on my iPhone 4, the app pops up on the home screen as just a grey box and it says "waiting". I've tried leaving it alone for a while but nothing changes, I've also tried turning it off and back on but that's not helping either. How do I get it to stop "waiting"? Tapping it doesn't work and when I hold it and try to delete it there's no X on the corner like all the other normal apps.
