What is this iPhone 6 feature?
I recently got the iPhone 6, and i've stumbed across something I don't understand.
When I double press (without pushing the button down, as if I was scanning my fingerprint) the current app slides half way down the page and there's a big space left open at the top, what is this for?

- Why can't I use the iMessage feature on my iPhone 4S? My friend gave me their iPhone when she got a new phone, and I use the iPhone as an iPod. I have linked my Apple ID to use the iMessage and FaceTime, however, when I try to use it, it says "Waiting for activation… ". How do I activate it? It has worked before, yet I don't know why it is doing this now. Is there a solution? I already checked Apple Support but that hasn't really helped.
