What type of laptop should I get?
Okay well I had a acer laptop for two years and suddenly, it started making this high pitched terrible noise and I was forced to shut it down. I'm in the market for a new one now, but don't know what to get. Here are some qualities I would like in my new one:
Affordable like in the hundreds.
Lots of USB ports for flash drives and my iPhone.
Headphone and auxiliary hook up
Apple to possibly hold some apps
Easy to watch live stream
I will mostly be writing so Microsoft office word and power point must be able to be downloaded
I really want keys with no space between them. The dust in between them bothers me.
It needs to be lightweight.
I travel a lot so it needs high battery capacity and needs to altogether be able to be used anywhere easily
Needs webcam.

Macbook air might be a good choice.
If you need more usb ports, you can always buy a hub.
The Surface RT tablet would be perfect for you, it supports microsd and one USB port. It also comes with Office installed for free. The keyboards it can handle are easy to clean, you can wash them with water.
The surface RT is also around 1 pound and lasts for about 8-10 hours. It also supports remote desktop, which allows you to run applications with complete control on your surface rt, as long as it does not use 3-d graphics.

The big advantage with it is complete support for NAS. This means you could store hundreds of gigabytes on your homegroup at home and it would open and save them with no issues… Without taking up any space.
Local Network connections do not use internet, so streaming videos to your Surface could be done even when your internet is down. It also does not use any bandwidth, so if you have a capped internet it would not affect you.
- Which type of tablet should I get? I'm going to save up my money. I can't decide what tho. Its between iPad, Acer Laptop, or a microsoft surface tablet. The surface is more for school stuff, and thats okay because i already have a iphone and ipod for apple apps.
