WhatsApp says I have no contacts after reinstall?
My WhatsApp was having trouble updating statuses and refreshing my favourites page so I deleted the app and reinstalled it.
After I reinstalled it says I have no contacts with WhatsApp, and it just gives me the oppurtunity to invite them to get it, however I know that they already have it.
How do I fix this problem? The WhatsApp version I have is for iPhone.
Hey… Lol you know i actually had the same prob today… Just fixed it now… Delete whatsapp n reinstall it… Den open whatsapp n select the option to allow the app to access your contact list… Den go 2 settings>privacy>contacts… Then turn on whatsapp access to contacts… Then go 2 whatsapp n refresh your favourites… It will take some time but will fix the problem n you will b able to see your favourites… Hope it works for you.
I have the same problem. But in the settings I don't have the "privacy" option because I'm on iOS 5 at the moment and I don't want to update to iOS 6 because there's no jailbreak for it yet. What should I do?
- Will my contacts see I have whatsapp? Hi I've recently got whatsapp, and I'm wondering whether my contacts on my iPhone will see that I have it, as I do not want my sisters to find out as they are really annoying and will probably message me every 5 minutes.
- Will Minecraft save my worlds if I delete and reinstall it? Alright so I use 25pp to sync the minecraft app to my iphone, the app works great, but it crashes regularly sometimes I try to open the app. This morning, my safari tab ( the one on the bottom ) disappeared, so I restarted my iphone and then tried to turn on the minecraft app. IT WON'T OPEN! Will the minecraft app save my worlds if I delete the app on my iphone and 25pp and reinstall it on 25pp?
- Whatsapp contacts - if they're onnm contacts am I on theirs? I have the phone number of an old friend stored on my iPhone and they also show on my whatsapp contact list… Does this mean that they still have my phone number stored in their phone and also have whatsapp installed on their phone? The chat thing says they haven't been seen since 28th sept? If they didn't have my number on their phone would they still show as one of my contacts on whatsapp?
- What happens when you reinstall an iphone? I'm having problems with importing photos, if I reinstall my iPhone will I still have the photos and apps and everything?
