Will my contacts see I have whatsapp?
Hi I've recently got whatsapp, and I'm wondering whether my contacts on my iPhone will see that I have it, as I do not want my sisters to find out as they are really annoying and will probably message me every 5 minutes.
If the person has what's app and they also have your number, then they can open whatsapp and find out that you have whatsapp too as it tells them
Yes when you have whatsapp on your whatsapp contact list is everyone on your phone's contact list who has whatsapp so naturally you appear on theirs. I don't think you can remove yourself from that but you could just put your status as busy and hopefully they won't bother you

- Why can't i see the number of contacts i have on my iphone4S? Okay so I have an iphone 4S and you know how you scroll down the bottom and it tells you how much contacts you have? Well mine doesn't tell me. My mum also had an iphone4S and she can see the number of contacts she has. - the reason ehy this is in the relationship category is because its not letting me change it
- WhatsApp says I have no contacts after reinstall? My WhatsApp was having trouble updating statuses and refreshing my favourites page so I deleted the app and reinstalled it. After I reinstalled it says I have no contacts with WhatsApp, and it just gives me the oppurtunity to invite them to get it, however I know that they already have it. How do I fix this problem? The WhatsApp version I have is for iPhone.
- Whatsapp contacts - if they're onnm contacts am I on theirs? I have the phone number of an old friend stored on my iPhone and they also show on my whatsapp contact list… Does this mean that they still have my phone number stored in their phone and also have whatsapp installed on their phone? The chat thing says they haven't been seen since 28th sept? If they didn't have my number on their phone would they still show as one of my contacts on whatsapp?
