Is your iPhone connected to Wi-Fi in your home? If so, then it is only logical that it won't connect to your wireless network because Wi-Fi has distance limitations.
Now, if you can't access the Internet through your data connection, then there's a problem. Make sure that 4G is turned on.
You should be on a data plan at that point. If it is not working check over your settings or check with your carrier.

Sprint ant doing anything about it so should I concider leaving them? I was thinking if AT&T or just going prepaid I don't know
