When your iPhone storage is full what do you do?
Okay well my iPhone 4 is only 8 GB & its practically full, I have less than a GB left & when I connect it to my computer, 2.58 GB are tooken up by "other". What is it? I know what the rest are because they say apps, photos or music but most of my memory is tooken up by "other" but I don't know what that is.
1/2 Of the 'other' space is your iOS (the operating system the iPhones NEED to work) and the other half of the 'other' space is data from your apps (game data, notes, reminders, pictures, ect). What you can do, is back up to iCloud, restore the phone, and then choose to restore from backup from iCloud (this option will be given to you on your iPhone once you have restored).

This happen to me once all you need to do is load all your photos on to your computer by the charging cord and when its done load them push after done delete photos after that it will keep them on your pc and you'll have to be choosy and delete some apps
- Why is my iphone's storage full? I have an iphone 5 that holds 13.5GB and my phones been telling me that its storage is full. When i went on my computer, my 5 apps only take up 522.6mb, my songs 314.8, and my songs 1.04gb. The last section labeled "other" takes up 11.55GB. What the heck is other? I have nothing else on my phone that i know of that takes up THAT much space. I've had to delete apps and photos just to get a few megabites back.

I normally watch AHS once a week with my kid. This week, she told me to go watch it in my own room. I told her my TV wasn't working and we would just have to watch it in her room. She turned off the TV so that I couldn't watch it. Then, she pompously pulled out her iPhone and proceeded to watch it on her iPhone. What would you do if this happened to you?
