Where did my photos go after I backed up my iphone?
I plugged in my iphone to my desktop which has windows 8 and it automatically opened itunes. It asked if I wanted to back up my iphone and I did. It took a while to back it up because I had alot of pictures. When back up was complete I unplugged my iphone. Now I can't find where my photos are. I can see my voice memos in tunes and when I got to edit/Preferences/devices it shows when the back up was but doesn't let me do anything.
It depends on where you chose to back it. In your case you backed up the files to iTunes
You can't physically see the files until you actually restore your iPhone. You can see when your last backup was in settings
- Will my photos/videos be backed up if I update my iphone? I remember having issues with iphones a couple years ago with this and can't remember if it did or not.
- Why did my text messages disappear after I turned my iphone back on after it it had been powered down for the night? Okay, so I'm new to iphone this is my first one and it's the iphone6. Last night I powered it down for the night, and when I woke up a d turned it back on and unlocked the lock screen and went to my home screen it said I had two text messages and before I could click on it they disappeared. So where did they go and is there any way to find them?

So I just wanted to plug in my iphone 5 to my dads computer (its a pc) so i could download some of his music lol but it made me back up my iphone so i was like ok ya whatever, but now i'm concerned because my plan was to back up my iphone, and then delete everything off his computer… I just have photos and videos and such that parents shouldn't see lol so does anyone know where these files are?
- I broke my Iphone. Not backed up at all. I had $500 in my apple pay wallet that I had yet to transfer to my bank. Did I lose them? Or can I sign into my new phone when I get it and my apple pay money will be there? I still have the old phone and sim card still works. But verizon will send new phone and new sim card. Don't want to lose those $500 in there Edit: The phone was no Icloud backed up or anything.
