IPhone 5 has a new awesome charger that is much more efficient, a better design, better screen, better network and wireless.
The fifth one is newer, but I'd totally suggest the 4th generation because it is smaller and easier to get cases. Plus you can always update it.

1. Iphone 5 is much better than iphone4S. It is light weight phone with advanced OS and processor, It has 4G LTE support which iphone4S doesn't have. Iphone 5 has 1 GB Ram, 1.2 GHz processor, Graphics accelrator which enhance the performance of the model. So it is better if you will go for iphone5 and it is not very beneficial to compromise on quality for just $100.
2.According to top rating sites like CNET, PC Magazine, PC world, wired.com, rating for apple iphone 4s is 4 where as rating for apple iphone 5 is 4.5
Well iphone 4s is cheaper and its good for its price and if you can afford a iphone 5 get it.
This is a no brainer, if you're smart you would get the S4, if you're stupid you'd get the i5.
