The iPhone 5 has faster LTE data and it has siri. I believe every new piece of technology that comes out is better by comparison to an older one.
The iPhone 5 is ultimately the Better phone, it's bigger, faster, lighter and just overall better. The iPhone 4 isn't bad but, if you're looking for a new one to lock in for 2 years, get the iPhone 5
