Clearly the iPhone 5S, but if you don't know that then just get the iPhone 5C.

The iPhone 5s is better, it has more features like Touch ID, a true tone flash, and a faster processer. But if you don't care about those features then get the iPhone 5c, it's still a good phone, it has a good speed and the camera is great.
