Which is the superior car stereo receiver?

MY SETUP:
-Infinity Kappa 60.9cs system up front: http://us.infinitysystems.com/product-detail-11657/kappa-609cs.html
-Pair of Infinity 6x9's in the back.
-Infinity 475a Reference amp
(Will be adding sub+amp next!)

I'm wondering what receiver is the best for my needs. I want full iPhone integration with Pandora, a graphic EQ that I can actually adjust and of course… The best quality audio. I've got my eye on these decks:

[1] The Pioneer DEH-80PRS: http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/Car/CD-Receivers/DEH-80PRS

[2] The Clarion CZ702: http://clarion.com/us/en/products-personal/audio/CZ702/index.html

[3] OTHER?

The pioneer has much much more in the way audio settings than the clarion.

The Pioneer PRS 80 would be my choice. 8 volt preouts for running external amps and the many Audio settings makes it better then Clarion. You can see this head unit on a demo video on Youtube in the car audio area, good luck with your system.

  • Why does my car stereo make a clicking sound when I charge my iPhone? I just bought a certified preowned 2009 Mazda Mazda3 hatchback. Whenever I plug my charger into my iPhone while it's connected to the aux input I hear a repeating clicking sound through my speakers. The clicking gets faster and slightly higher in pitch as I push the accelerator. What's going on?
  • What is the device called that connects your iphone to your car stereo to play music? I want to buy the device that connects your iphone to your car stereo to play music that is on your phone (such as pandora). I need it for my long drive back to college. p.s. I just got an iphone and i'm iphone-illiterate.
  • Stereo receiver with Iphone? My sister is looking for a stereo or home theater receiver that not only allows music streaming, but also to control the receiver's functions by app (in effect replacing the remote). We're trying to keep the price as low as possible. Any suggestions?
  • Pioneer DEH-2400UB car stereo, iphone accessibility? I've been watching some reviews online, and it seems as if everyone is using a specialised cable to plug their iphones or ipods in that isn't the standard one you get from apple, i was wondering if you can jus simply plug the standard one that apple gave you into the stereo and if that will work?
