Who is still using the Apple Iphone 3GS?

Just curious, I'm still using mine for ATT. Its been through iraq and Afghanistan, has pieces missing and the headphone jack doesn't work but still runs amazingly. I was finally going to upgrade after 5 years but I'm to attached now, so many memories with it. Who else is using an old iphone?

Still have my 3GS I use as an iPod. Plenty of 3's are still in use globally. Resold and traded on the global market in Asia and the Arab states. Upgrade but keep it. You won't regret. Best luck.

Many customers of ours still bring in there iPhone 3Gs to get fixed, Cracked screen, charging port etc. They are still out there

Just sold my 3GS on Craigslist and it sold immediately, so yes people are still using it. It was a great phone, I had it sitting around and figured I better sell it, no use leaving it here. Iphones really hold their value, had it a long time and its still a great phone, I had no issues with it even after all those years, and then it still sold immediately. Especially those people that just text and phone call, older iphones like that are great for that.

  • Will apple still cover me with their 1 year apple warranty? My uncle gave me his iPhone 4S as a gift, it has warranty until November 2013 and for some reason the phone turns off by itself about every 3 hours! The phone does not have any water damage as the water indicators are white, will apple still cover me on fixing it or giving me another one since I'm not the original owner but the phone is still under their warranty!
  • Why are Apple still using dual-core CPUs and 1GB of RAM? Other top of the rnage phones like the S4 are rocking a 1080p 5"+ display, 2GB of RAM and a quad-core CPU and yet the iPhone 5 and 5s do not even have a 720p display and are still are dual-core and 1GB of RAM.
  • Is tbere any major différence between thé iPhone 6 and the 6s? Whooppeee is Xmas again and my daughter wants new 2nd hand) iPhone… 2 years ago almost bought her 5 before i réaliséd that it was 5s she wanted ( cos thé 5 sucks?) And I don't want to screw up this year…
  • Iphone has defect screen but still connects to itunes, does the iphone still work? My iphone was ran over by a car and the screen is completely shattered. when i connect it to my laptop, the iphone appears in itunes and i can access all pictures, videos,… now my question is: does this mean that the iphone still functions properly and just needs a new screen?
