Why are some songs on my iPhone not playing?

I have an iPhone and yesterday I plugged my phone into iTunes and it was syncing and at the end it said something about 140 items not doing something right and to check iTunes and now a bunch of my songs are grey and won't play. How do I fix this?

Is there a exclamation mark in a circle? If so, then click on it and find the songs.

  • Why isn't my iPhone 4s not playing any sounds? I can play music only through my headphones, but once I pull them, no sound is made. When I hit the +&- buttons, the volume widget pops up without the volume meter bar.

IT CAN'T BE THAT BECAUSE I CAN HERE SOUNDS SAY LIKE IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY ALARM TONE.
  • Why are YouTube videos not loading or playing on my IPhone 5? This problem has been persisting for a few days now - basically, every time I attempt to play a YouTube video, whether it is through the app or the actual URL on Safari, the screen stays black and never loads on app, and the loading wheel continually spins on the video. Is there a solution to this issue?
  • Why are some songs not showing up in my playlist on my iPhone 4s? I'm trying to organize my music so I made playlists. I put all the songs I want in the playlist on iTunes, then I go to sync my phone and about half the songs are missing? I tried everything just doesn't make any sense Also I tried to put the songs in the playlist on my phone itself then I sync it with iTunes and just takes the song right back off? This is frustrating anyone have an answer to this problem lemme know please
