Why aren't iPhone unlocks cheap on eBay anymore?
I got my iphone 5 unlocked for only $1.50 during August 2013. But now I can't even find an unlock service for under $20. What happened?

No, this is not about inflation. This is about the US government and other things like an AT&T policy change and so. The prices are now around $20-$30… Rather $30 for a single IMEI.
- Why aren't YouTube videos playing on iPhone anymore? So up until a few days ago I've been able to play any YouTube video on my iPhone 4s as long as I was in "desktop version" for YouTube. I use YouTube's desktop version on my phone because a lot of times the mobile version does not support the videos I want to play. But recently, for most videos in desktop version, I keep getting the message, "sorry this video is not available on this device". Why did this suddenly start happening and what might I do to fix it?
- Why aren t my messages sending anymore? I have an iPhone 6 and have LTE and I ran out of data today and i have Wi-Fi at my house and all but when I left my house I tried texting my friends but iMessage won't send my messages and I tried sending regular text messages but those won't work either. I also didn't receive my messages till I got back home. Can someone help me with this problem please?

- What place unlocks your iPhone 4s that has a password? So I purchased a iPhone 4s on Craigslist and well when I got it it had pictures of the previous owner which was him. I told the guy that it had pictures and he said that he doesn't care about it, so when I got home it had a password which I didn't know of and I contacted the guy like 5x and he didn't respond what so ever. So I want to know if anybody knows if there's any way on how to unlock the iPhone so I can delete the account?
