Why aren't my headphones to my iPhone 4s not working?

I just got the iPhone 4s a couple of months ago. I haven't even touched my headphones until last night, & they're not working? I'm trying to listen to Pandora. I dunno what's going on. It seems if I screw in the headphones extra tight and keep hold it plays through the headphones for a second. Anyone else have this problem or know why this is happening?

You should buy monster beats headphones. I order one, now from devilbooks.com for $27.

Mine did the same thing and I'm trying to find out why too

I have a lifeproof case with the headphone adaptor and I dropped it and my headphones aren't working. What do i do?

  • Why does my iphone 5c keep saying headphones are plugged in when they aren't? Also when someone calls me i can't hear them but they can hear me, Any suggestions about what's wrong and how it could be fixed?
  • Why aren't my headphones working in my iPhone? I have ink'd earphones and they are pretty much brand new. I got them a few weeks ago and they were working just fine until about yesterday. One of my phone's speakers is broken and doesn't make any sound at all. The other one doesn't sound good either. After I used Radio Shark it started working funny. The sound on any website even YouTube will now just stop and then continue to play and it isn't because it's buffering.
  • Why aren't my hash tags on Instagram working like they did before? Okay, so I put hash tags on every picture I have on Instagram and it used to get as much as 50 likes and I would get a ton of followers. For about a week my pics aren't getting as much likes as they used to. It's so annoying. Do I change my hast tags? Do I re-install the app again? (By the way I have an Iphone) (My profile is not on private).
  • My normal headphones won't work after using Bluetooth headphones? (iPhone 7)? I've been using AirPods for a couple months now and the battery is getting pretty bad so I decided to get some plug-in Apple headphones but those don't work. When I plug them in I get a "not supported" notification. I've also tried friends headphones that worked fine on there phone, so I know it's not just faulty wires.
