Why aren't my headphones working in my iPhone?

I have ink'd earphones and they are pretty much brand new. I got them a few weeks ago and they were working just fine until about yesterday. One of my phone's speakers is broken and doesn't make any sound at all. The other one doesn't sound good either. After I used Radio Shark it started working funny. The sound on any website even YouTube will now just stop and then continue to play and it isn't because it's buffering.

Plug your earphones and make a round on your iphone, like spin it on your iphone it may work. Hope it help;)

Get one of those small sticks people use to get like meat stuck in there teeth and then put it in the whole in which you put the ear phones and it will just clean it and take out all the dirt that's inside it by just cleaning it inside

When my device said that the headphones were plugged in but they weren't, i put my device in a bowl of uncooked rice for about 2 hours. Then it worked.
