Why can't I restore my jailbroken iPhone 4s on ios 5.0.1?

I have tried many times to restore my jailbroken iPhone 4s to update to ios 6. I tried a standard restore and I got error code 3194. When I use the 5.0.1 custom firmware from limera1n I get error code 21.So I need help, I do not want my iPhone jailbroken and I need it restored so I can update, if someone can help or knows someone I can contact who knows about jailbreaks or technician who will help it will be greatly appreciated. You need to have the latest itunes installed on your computer

Jailbroke iphones on 5.1.1 can't update to ios 6, it will brick the iphone.
sell it and buy a new one.

Oh boy, OK, first thing is to download the firmware it self, go to this link and scroll down to 6.0.0 iPhone4s and download the firmware, if possible, save it in your computer:

Now, update your iTune to the latest version.
Make sure you have a full battery in your iPhone4s, let's set the iPhone in DFU mode:
1. Connect the iPhone to the computer, do not do anything with iTune yet, if it shows up, close it.
2. Turn off the iPhone
3 Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds, after the 3 seconds do not let go of the power button, instead, press and hold the home button, together with the power button for 10 seconds.
4. After the 10 seconds is up, let go of the power button but still keep holding the home button for another 10 seconds. By this time your phone should have a black screen. If it have the "Connect to iTune" icon, something went wrong, then you need to do it again.
5. Open iTune, it should display a message: "itune has detected an iPhone in recovery mode"
6. If you are on Windows, press and hold the Shift key, while you click Restore on iTune.
7. A pop up windows should display, from here you search for the saved firmware in the desktop, if you saved in in the desktop. Now just let it restore to IOS 6
Hope it works, you should have no problem. The thing is that when you try to update to a new firmware, iTune always connect to Apple servers, and it detects that you have a third party software installed in your iDevice, and that is why it denies you to restore it.
