Why do my eyes hurt more recently?

I went to the doctor about 2 weeks ago and he said my eyes are fine, nothing is wrong. I've had headaches for a while but recently they've been dying down, but my eyes have hurt more now. Is it from too much TV and looking at a small iPhone screen? I'm seeing an optometrist later this week to see if I need glasses, because I went 3 weeks ago and the eye doctor said it would help a bit but I denied. Opinions?

It could be both. I had same problem and I ended up getting glasses at the end.
If you can see things properly then you don't have to worry about it. Just eliminate time in front of TV, on PC and of course iPhone screen. I still do my search on iPhone when I'm in my bed (which my husband doesn't like it. I don't know why because he uses his iPhone at the same time).

I hope I was able to help you out. And don't forget to take another appointment with eye doctor. This time explain him/her everything.

  • Why does my head hurt when I study? Whenever I start studying I feel this weird pain in my head. I browsed some others similar questions and they said that it might have something to do with eyesight but I don't wear glasses and I can see perfectly. I can even spend the entire day on my iphone or computer feeling ok. Please help me I can barely study for my finals and I'm afraid that I might fail.
  • Why does it hurt when you put sharpie on your skin & then take a picture with flash on the iPhone? Okay, so there's this thing at my school where you do this: 1. Draw a black sharpie square on your hand 2. Take off your phone case 3. Put your phone camera directly on the skin where your sharpie mark is 4. Turn on the flash on your phone and then take a picture. It hurts and stings a little bit. It's like a small shock. Why is that?
  • Why does charging an iPhone over night hurt it, and how can I help it? Okay. Does my battery die quickly because I charge it over night? And does it kinda mess it up? I've heard it does that. If so, then how and when do I charge my iPhone? How can I make it so my battery life lasts longer?
  • My eyes hurt, especially whe looking at a screen, why? So recently my eyes started hurting, especially in the back when I look at my iphone screen or a screen in general, I haven't been having lots of screen time but I would watch about an hour to two hours of netflix on my phone when I go to bed, and my eyes are a bit more sensitive to light, are they just irritated or is there some bigger problem?
