Why does my iphone keep gathering up random storage?
I just got a new iphone and I haven't downloaded anything yet but now I'm only left with 3gb. I started off with around 5 or six and now there's just memory that is being taken up by an unknown source and it keeps taking my memory and I tried resetting and deleting all of my data and media I don't know what's wrong
There are many reason your memory is being used. When you make calls, when you surf the Internet, when messages are left, backups, updates, and other little data storages cause your memory to be used. One big thing is also app. Installer.
You do not have to download these items. If you go and check your application settings you will be able to see what programs are using the most memory to operate. You have to also take into account you have a virus protection. These programs use automatic updates as well as run behind the background.
