Why is my Iphone 5c not getting 3g but it can connect to Wi-Fi?
I woke up this morning and was texting my friend fine with 3g imessages. I then put my phone down to charge and went to eat. I came back about a half hour later and I could not imessage my friend. It said my messages were not sending. Also usually our conversations are in blue, but now they are in green and not sending. Any ideas what to do? I restarted my phone and that didn't help, I can only text while connected to Wi-Fi.
Have you tried going outside? My daughter has an iPhone 5 and doesn't get any cellular service in the house.
For the record, the blue messages are iMessages; green are text messages.

- Why won't my xbox 360 connect to the internet but will connect to my iphone hotspot? Ill play cod bo2 almost daily and my xbox will connect to my mobile hotspot on my iphone 4s fine, but out of no where it will lag out and disconnect me from xbox live, its not a hardware issue everything connects normally, full bars and everything the phone still lets me get on the internet, but my xbox will not, why D:?
- Why is apple jumping straight to iphone 8 and not 7s and 7s plus? In the past we saw the 4s,5s,6s,3gs, etc. But why not 7s? Can you tell me why they might be skipping the s series? Or is the iphone 8 going to be called the iphone 7s?
- Why does my Wi-Fi connect to my ipad and iphone but not my laptop? My Wi-Fi on my laptop will say its connecting but then doesn't. It says my cord is broken or not plugged in but I've checked it and there's nothing wrong. My Wi-Fi connects fine to my iPad and iPhone. Not understanding why it won't connect to my laptop anymore.
- Why can't my desktop connect to our Wi-Fi at home but does connect to moble hotspot? Suddenly my desktop won't connect to our Wi-Fi. All other devices such as laptops, phones and tablets connects just fine. I tried connecting it to my iphone's hotspot and it works. I tried to unistall and reinstall the wireless adapter but still won't work. I also tried to reboot the router and even tried to change the channel but still failed to make it work. Do you have any other way to make it work? I have windows 7 on my desktop.
