Phones don't pair with phone. Phones pair with accessories like keyboards and headsets.
Ios can only pair with other iOS devices… No other os like android or windows can be paired.
And it isn't called Bluetooth in iOS it is called cloud storage…
PS you can pair iOS phone with tablet Mac or iPod…
Only os matters.
