Why won't the archive feature on Instagram show up on my phone?

There's a new archive feature that lets you archive your photos unless you'd like to bring them back later. I need to use it but it is not showing up on my app. It's completely updated and I've deleted it and re downloaded it to make sure it wasn't just glitching.
I've asked my friends and it's a 50/50 ratio of people who have it and people who don't. I have an IPhone 6+.

  • Why won't the auto-join feature on my iphone work? I have this feature on my phone, where it joins wi-fi networks automatically, but sometimes, it work and I end up having to manually select a network. (Another problem I have is that some networks that I have to manually select have security passwords)
  • Why can't I use the iMessage feature on my iPhone 4S? My friend gave me their iPhone when she got a new phone, and I use the iPhone as an iPod. I have linked my Apple ID to use the iMessage and FaceTime, however, when I try to use it, it says "Waiting for activation… ". How do I activate it? It has worked before, yet I don't know why it is doing this now. Is there a solution? I already checked Apple Support but that hasn't really helped.
  • What does archive mean on gmail (iphone)? I just signed up with gmail on my iphone and i tried deleting some spam and i didn't see a delete button just an archive one, so i archived them. Are the messages erased?
  • There's no Select multiple feature on my instagram, why? I logged in on my android phone, and the feature is available, but on my Iphone 6 isn't. If I switch to my other account on my Iphone, the feature works. How is this possible?
