Wi-Fi is fast on my Macbook, slow on my iPhone?

The Wi-Fi is both 3 bars, but the Wi-Fi on my iPhone is much much slower than the one on my Macbook. In fact, my Macbook Wi-Fi is pretty fast. I'm using the same Wi-Fi, yes. Is this normal?

Yup this is normal. Because of the speed of Wi-Fi device on your i-phone and Wi-Fi device in your mac book… If you android user then its vary bit… Bit they stronger Wi-Fi device inbuilt.

First of all remember that big devices such as phablets, tablets, laptops, desktops etc. Have more Wi-Fi reception power than phones. It is very much possible that if your ate using your iphone and macbook together at one time… On one Wi-Fi then the macbook wil be quite faster than the on your iphone.
Secondly, if you are not using it at the same time check weather your phone has some Wi-Fi updates on the go. But if it is the first case then, it is normal.

For a while now my Wi-Fi Internet has been really slow on my PC (Win Vista) and laptop (Win XP), even if I connect them to the Internet by a LAN cable. I know it's old OSs but it was perfectly fine up until a couple of months ago. Speedtest.net won't even open now. On my Apple devices, however, iPhone 5 and iPad mini it works great. I can watch movies and do anything I want. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

  • IPhone 5 charges really fast but loses battery life fast? I have an iPhone 5 with the iOS 8 but since I updates to iOS 7 the battery started to lose rapidly. It would be on 100% in the morning and at about 11 would be down to 40%. It would also only take 2-3 hours to fully charge and I think that's why it's losing power so quickly. Is there a way I can stop that?
