Will a UK iPhone 5 work in Japan?
It's on pay as you go here in the UK, and I intend to switch it to a pay as you go nano-SIM in Japan. I'm just wondering will this be possible? I want it to be able to work in Japan, obviously… Thanks!
- Will my vodafone iphone5 work in Japan? Last year in Japan my iPhone 4 was pretty much just an iPod for the whole trip. I've got an iPhone 5 now but if it's not going to work then I probably won't bother taking it Is there any kind of pay as you go SIM card I can buy to use in my phone while I'm there?

- Will a straight talk iPhone work in Japan with a Japanese sim card? I'm pretty sure you can put a sim card in it but I was curious I want to go to Japan sometime but it is difficult getting a phone there being a foreigner and it is pretty expensive but I see people switch their sim cards with there phones a lot like with at&t ect. I wonder if that would work the same overseas? Like putting a japanese cell service provider's sim card in the phone? This probably sounds really stupid though but thank you!
