Will an Iphone 5 that i buy in America, work fully in Australia? - 2

So if i buy an Iphone 5 UNLOCKED in America, will it still be fully functional in Australia with any Aussie carrier without jailbreak? Apparently there's different voltages in America then Australia so i wouldnt be able to charge it?

A issue you have to contend with, when you can purchase an unlocked iphone 5 according to this article the the AGE, apple have configured G4 network that it work only in the country it is purchased in. So a US phone won't work properly in Australia. You will have no problem charging it, but the G4 connectivity won't work.
