No it will not.
The 6 uses a Nano SIM while the 4s uses a Micro SIM.
It likely would but the SIM wouldn't in most cases work since it would be too small to even fit in the SIM tray.
The 4s uses microSIMs, the 6 uses nanoSIMs.
