Will apple replace or fix my iPhone 6s?

I bought my phone 4 months ago and i accidentally dropped my phone. My phone system and everything works fine but, the camera has 2 cracks in it and it effects the camera quality a bit.
So basically;
- iPhone 6s system working fine
- No cracks on the front screen
- Camera has 2 small cracks and its effecting the camera quality.

So, can i get it replaced or fixed for free because it is still under warranty?

Not for free.

Warranties do not cover customer clumsiness. They can fix it, but you will have to pay for the repair.

Not unless you have the AppleCare Plus warranty which includes insurance against accidental damage.

Regular AppleCare is the default and is what most owners choose and that's just a warranty against defects due to materials and workmanship, so if that's what you have then Apple will not offer a free repair any more than a car dealership would offer a free crash repair.

Not free if you do not have the AppleCare+.
Or you can buy the parts and repair it yourself,
I do that often. You can buy the repair parts from HCQS

They arent in charge of taking care of your personal items for you, so there would certainly be cost to get it fixed.
