Will AppleCare cover my iphone issues?

I have the apple 5c and I have the insurance from AT&T for my iphone. I want to know if it will cover my phone… My iphone battery has been bad since I got it, I have tried many tricks to save battery and nothing helps. I'm not on my phone constantly I often am doing school work. Also, my charger quit working. My charger has the ripples on it (also called chins) on the too of the chord. I don't think that is the issue though because my iphone 4 charger looked the same and didn't stop working. I have only had it since February! It's not the box of the charger either. If someone can tell me if my insurance will cover it, that'd be awesome!

Yes, insurance will cover that. All you need to do is get on AT&T's tech support page on their website and there might be a couple of numbers there that you can call to have the charger and phone replaced. I have the same thing through Verizon and I personally like online chatting with them instead because tech support phone calls take so long. It literally takes about 10 minutes - the specialist will ask you what's wrong with the phone and the charger, verify your address (you may have to provide a password for the account so they know that it's legit) and then they give you instructions on what to do next. Usually, for me anyway, a little box comes in the mail with the replacement phone and parts… On the inside of the box, there's a list of instructions on how to send the phone and parts that are broken back to the warehouse for repair. Trust me, they'll charge you if you don't send back the defective phone within like 5 days or something.

You send it back to them, they send you an email confirming they received the device and you're set to go. If I were you, I'd back up my iPhone to iTunes so when I get the new device, I can just transfer everything back onto it. They'll send you the same make and model and color too.
