Will ebay give me a refund if I never receive my item?
I bought an iphone 5 and i haven't received it and its almost been a week since the estimate day so will ebay give me a refund?

No, you need to file a claim thru your paypal account.
First off, you need to determine who is at fault. If the seller never shipped it, you open a case and the seller gives you the refund. If the carrier lost it, contact them and they have different procedures which will require you ans the seller's involvement.
