Will iTunes wipe my whole iPhone data away if I re-sync on a repaired PC?

Last time my PC ran into some problem and got it repaired, and of course my PC data was gone. So since then, I don't really sync iPhone. But now I want to sync some songs to it, and I wonder if iTunes will think that my iPhone has already been synced with ANOTHER PC, then it could start wiping my iPhone data.

If you guys know any solutions to this, thank you very much. MediaMonkey is useless to me now, as it couldn't even detect my iPhone. Thanks!

Added (1). Wait, I've seen on the internet that iTunes can only be synced with 1 device. That time I synced with iPhone (and its still find) and for some random reasons, my iTunes is messed up, so I reinstall, but it turns out iTunes kept asking me to create a new iTunes library even though I've already created.

Added (2). *still fine

When syncing up an ipod or iphone with a different OS -operating system- or a new computer it will not recognize it with the old or previous one. I don't think it will erase All information on your phone, (contacts, apps, etc.) but it most likely will erase all current music if it is not bought from an itunes account at the itunes store. If you purchased your music from the itunes store/account you should be able to reallocate your music files.

In itunes you can sync up to 6 devises on one account so it should not be a problem but if your worried they do have a number you can call. Also they store your itunes down loaded data so all your old stuff that you had before you can down load to your new one. We have 5 devises right now synced. You might want to call or email for technical support. But i do know for possitive the store all you info so all your stuff is still there. If you forgot all your login info then you might have problems. But i have my computer at work. And one at home and they are all great. But before we got the one at work.ours at home crashed and we got the new one and we were able to login and redownload all our movies and songs we had before.
