Well my iPhone has been blacklisted by my parents and since its unlocked I was wondering since I'm going to Mexico for vacation would it work there with a Telcel sim since its only blacklisted in the US
Yes you can, but you have to be connected to Wi-Fi so it won't cost you. Also you have to have iMessage. If anything just get one of those texting apps
