Will verizon replace my iphone? - 1
I recently got my screen fized at a local shop, anyways the guy who fixed it put the long screw in the wrong place, causing my phone to have the red/blue screen of death. I have no insurance on the phone, and i'm in the edge program, but the phone is less than a year old.
I don't think so. Your warranty is voided since the place you took it is not authorized by Apple.
You can try to take it, just don't tell them exactly what happened. Tell them that it just started doing it randomly…
