Will verizon replace my iphone?
I just got the Iphone 4S back in November and my sleep button just stopped working. Will verizon replace my phone or do I have to go to an actual apple store?
How old is your phone? If it is under a year old then it is covered under your warranty. You will have to contact apple customer support and explain to them what happened. They should replace the phone if it just happened on its own and wasn't dropped or damaged with water. (--Questions they will ask)
You will be given the option to mail the phone to apple or go to your closest apple retail store.
