Would 300mb of data be enough for and iPhone 4s?

I'm looking into getting an iPhone 4s and have Wi-Fi at home i would just be using 3g regularly on my journeys nearly everyday i'd say for about 20 mins. I'm just wondering whether 300mb would be enough to last me the month.

Depends on how you use it/ I have two daughters that share a 250mb plan and it has never been a issue because they always use the Wi-Fi.

Nope, you will need at least 2 gigs 1 gig at the least. Say you're on facebook, instagram etc… 20 mins a day you will go over. And if you can't budget more data then you can turn it off by going to settings then cellular. There will be a switch to disable the cellular data, also under that it will tell you how much data you have used.

Depends on your usage…

if you want to watch videos, you definitely need more (atleast 3gb and above)
if you want to use social apps, you need about 2 gb.
But anyway 300mb is way too small, nothing can be done with it

Its great for when the power goes out can't use Wi-Fi and 3g then, only data plan. Need more then 1gb if your very social.

I get on Facebook daily and I use twitter instagram ifunny and might even browse some web pages. I might use the iMessage and FaceTime features as well. I don't know how often I would use those. And I have Wi-Fi at home. But would this be enough based on your understanding? Please let me know.

I have Wi-Fi everywhere I go, the network in my area is terrible (0.01 Mbps). I've had my phone for a little over a week and I've only reached 7MB out of 3GB. HOWEVER, the 3GB plan is only $10 more than the 300MB plan… Plus, I have a trip coming up and I was thinking of using my phone as a GPS, but I don't know how much data I'll use. :\

I would be on twitter, instagram and snapchat mostly, but connecting to Wi-Fi when available. Also should i turn my data off everytime i can connect to Wi-Fi to save data or will it not be used when connected to Wi-Fi? When should i turn data off.

I will probly only be calling and texting. And using twitter, Facebook and instagram and a couple of games. Will it be enough data? I can't get any more data I can't afford it. Will it be enough? My texting and calling will be unlimited.
