Would he actually do this or is it a bribe?

So, my dad says that if I live with him, he will buy me an Iphone, let me be home schooled, buy me a bunch of clothes, a big tv, I would have my own room, and in a couple of months we would be able to buy a bigger house and more, but do you think he would actually be able to provide all that? The reason he is saying that is because if I live with him, he would not have to pay child support for me anymore and he would get a full check, which would help, but do you think he'll actually be able to provide this or do you think he's just bribing me? What are your thoughts? He also said I could see my mom anytime I want (because I've lived with her) and he won't ask for child support from her. What are your thoughts?

Bribe. Doesn't mean he won't, but I bet he's planning on using you against your mother.

This kind of depends on what your father does for a living. Does he sell cars, Real Estate, or maybe he's in politics. Or he's a lawyer? If it's anything like that, then he will make a lot of promises, with no intention of ever keeping them.

  • Restore your purchases option, did I actually buy something? I got this neat manga app my iPhone and later when I went to delete some I saw a restore your purchases option. I was never prompted to give a credit card number and the download was free so I kinda freaked out. Does this option just mean that I can restore deleted mangas should I want to read them again? Manga is a type of comic for those wondering
