Having some girl image on my iphone without her permission is illegal?

I talked with cute girl last night on facebook and I saved her image on my iphone without asking for her permission. But there's nothing wrong with the picture it's very normal is that something illegal since i didn't ask her for permission to save the image on my iphone?

No, that's not illegal. She put the image up for public viewing. A lot of people don't understand that when you post things publicly, you can't complain when others see them or download them. You can't sell her image without her permission, but you can certainly have it on your phone.
