How long should I keep my iPhone 4s in rice?
Yesterday I went kayaking with my family and my phone was in a canoe that tipped. It was in a plastic bag and was pulled out quickly with just a small coating of water, enough to stick the bag to the phone but not much. It still wouldn't turn on. I got home and put it in a bag of jasmine rice because I didn't have plain white rice. I has been in there for almost 10 hours. I have heard stories of people who have dropped their iphone submerged in water and it working after rice so I'm trying to be How long should I leave it in there considering it didn't get a large amount of water on it? Any advice would also be helpful!
For about 24 hours.It'll get dusty and powdery though cuz of the rice but just wipe it off. It should be working fine after.
