Added (1). I have been using a 5s for well over a year until the screen recently stopped working. I can't afford to replace the screen at the moment, so I'm going to use an older 4s I still have. Because my screen does not work on the 5s, I can't backup my data to the Icloud to retrieve on the 4s. How can I backup all of my pictures, contacts, etc. From my 5s to my 4s.
Plug your 5s to your computer, open itunes and do a itunes backup, it will take a backup of the phone #1 and you then connect phone #2 to your itunes and restore the backup. Actually replacing a screen is not that expensive. Its about 80$ at the apple store

You can connect the phone to iTunes and back up the data from the iPhone 5S and then restore it on iPhone 4S. But if the screen doesn't work and you've a password set, that's a problem. If you've VoiceOver activated, you can speak your password to unlock the phone and then back up everything. Or you can take both phones to Apple Store and they might help.
