How to get out of my Verizon contract early?
I have the iPhone 4S and I'm so tired of the little thing! It's not broken and nothing's wrong with it, I just want the newer iPhone. I got it on October 20, 2011 so I still have 3 months with it. I don't want to get out of my contract right now, but when the next iPhone comes out in September, I'll still be stuck in my contract with my iPhone 4S for another month. Is there anyway I can get out of my contract early?

Not unless you pay the Early Termination Fee.
If you got the phone in Oct. 2011, you should be eligible to upgrade now, and when the next iPhone comes out.
Your best bet is to go to a Verizon store.
I agree with Miss. Verizon contracts are 24 month contracts, but their Upgrade period is only 20 months. So if you received the phone in October, you should have been able to upgrade last month, but you should really see a Verizon Store. Hope this answered your question!
