I have a US Verizon account but I'm studying abroad?

Essentially what I have is an upgrade coming in August and what I'm trying to find out is if I can use that upgrade in Denmark where I will be studying. Will I be able to walk into a Verizon store and get one even though my account originates from the US. I know Verizon is unique with their Sim Cards, I plan to be getting a Iphone 6 so could I get Danish Sim card there and switch it when I get back. Any advice or alternative suggestions?

I expect calling Verizon customer service would get you the info needed, don't be so afraid to call Verizon dude.

  • Which camera should I bring? Studying abroad in London/Travelling Europe? I have these options: a DSLR Nikon camera, a Sony videocamera (small), or should I buy a digital camera? In addition, i'm bringing my iPhone 5s, which has pretty good quality as well. I'm just afraid I'll lose my DSLR, should I buy a digital camera or take the small videocamera? Suggestions? I will be studying for a semester in London and traveling to a few countries in Europe as well.
  • What is the cheapest way to use my iPhone while studying in France? I will be studying in France from February through June. I have an iPhone 4s and I'm currently using at&t. I've heard there's a way to buy a pre-paid sim card? The main reason I would like a cell phone while abroad is to communicate with friends in France. I plan on using Skype to talk to anyone in the US.
  • Verizon Wireless user going abroad? If someone is on a contract with Verizon Wireless and is traveling abroad, will they be able to put a sim card locally into their Iphone 8?
  • If i do not have insurance on my verizon iPhone 5s but warranty with apple will verizon replace it? I do not have insurance with Verizon; however, I have warranty with apple until next year. Apple will replace my phone but will Verizon replace my iPhone since i have warranty with apple? (i bought it from Verizon) I'm just wondering because it is easier for me to go to Verizon rather than Apple.
