IPhone 4s deleted my contacts?

So I received a text and I couldn't open it, kept trying still couldn't open it. I tried other apps and Phone and Contacts weren't opening either. All other apps were working perfectly.So, I turned off my phone and turned it back on and opened my contacts and BAM they were gone.

I have never connected my phone to iTunes, nor used iCloud. Is there anyway I could get my contacts back?

As you have never connected your phone to iTunes there's probably nothing you can do as the phone was never backed up. Meaning that all your data was stored solely on the handset and the handset itself. Try holding the home button and the power button together until the phone reboots and see if it works. Keep trying that for 3 or 4 times. If it works then either back the contacts up through iCloud or connect to your computer and then backup to it.iCloud is probably the best to backup to. If that does work then as soon as your finished restore the phone and set it up as a brand new iphone so that the operating system doesn't carry forward the bugs from the last installed version of previous operating system.
